About Us
Our Mission and Vision
Our mission is to inspire and equip our community to create a healthy life for the whole family. Through this mission we educate our practice members with tools that they can use in their lives to live most authentically. Through authentic living we can work together to create the community we want to live in.
Our Story
Our Journey
Our office was founded by a husband and wife team who saw the need for a holistic health clinic in our community. Together, Dr. Enrico and Dr. Christine have 3 kids and lead a team of equally committed chiropractors, massage therapists, and chiropractic assistants. Each of our doctors has a passion for unleashing the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
While each doctor is unique in their approach, they love to collaborate to find the best solutions for their patients. We also love our community and you will hear us raving about other local small businesses that we love to support. We’re passionate about creating community and cultivating healing, and we can’t wait to help you take your family’s health to the next level.

Rachel Madera, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Rachel received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from The University of Central Florida and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of South Florida. Starting her career in acute care and outpatient orthopedics, Rachel quickly realized the importance of pelvic floor health and the impact it could have on the quality of her patient’s lives. This guided her to seek out mentorship and further her education with courses specific to pelvic floor health.
She transitioned to treating pelvic floor diagnoses exclusively and has over 10,000 hours of direct patient care. It wasn’t until Rachel was specializing in pelvic floor that she began to notice the overall lack of support and guidance for women’s health and wellness postpartum.
Rachel founded Fourth Trimester Wellness to help prioritize pregnancy and postpartum health. Her passion lies helping pregnant and postpartum people reach their physical goals and become their best selves utilizing a focus on manual therapy, visceral mobilizations, strengthening and movement analysis. She believes every person is deserving of better support and feeling empowered during pregnancy and into the fourth trimester.
